GYR Financial Planners Private Limited is a Family Owned company & we take client feedback and grievances very seriously. As a responsible Financial Planning firm, we have put together a formal Grievance Redressal System. We want to make sure that if you have any complaints, you know how to get in touch with us, how to make sure your grievance is taken seriously, and what redressal you can expect.

Grievance process

The Grievance Redressal Process is a three-stage process that we follow.

In case you are not satisfied with our response, you can undertake online conciliation and/or online arbitration by participating in the ODR Portal and/or undertaking dispute resolution in the manner specified in the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, on “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market”. The ODR portal can be accessed at https://smartodr.in/

Alternatively, you can lodge your grievances with SEBI at http://scores.gov.in or you may also write to any of the offices of SEBI.
